Q: Does GarSync support data backup?

A: We suggest two methods:

• Method 1: Data Hub. Choose a stable platform (with good API) to consolidate all your activities from various sources.
• Method 2: Local Backup. Connect your PC or NAS via SMB/NAS. GarSync will back up your records, plans, and routes in standard **FIT** format.

Q: Cannot connect to my NAS?

A: Ensure: 1. Phone and NAS are on the same WiFi. 2. **SMB v2/v3** is enabled. 3. Firewall allows port 445.
